Residential Cleaning

Our residential cleaning division provides thorough cleaning of your home as often as you desire. Our professional cleaners will dust, vacuum, scrub and mop. We specialize in cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. We will also clean any unusual items or areas you require. Our staff is capable of cleaning all residences from large homes to small one bedroom villas. No cleaning job is too large or too small.

To request our services, simply call our office and ask for one of our scheduling staff. If it is your first contact with us, we suggest a meeting at the property with our representative to discuss with you any special cleaning needs you may have and to discuss the custom services we can provide specific to your residence. Our representative will discuss with you the services we customarily provide as well. This insures that your expectations will be met from the beginning. We also feel that it is very important for us to meet our customers. There is no charge, of course, for this meeting.

There is no required cleaning interval. You can schedule cleans on a weekly or monthly basis or as frequently, or infrequently, as you wish. Often our customers request cleanings prior to special events, such as parties or family reunions, and we also receive many requests for post construction or remodelcleaning. We can accommodate all cleaning needs.
